Qualified full-time professionals in physical security, facilities, operations, IT, and related fields may be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary promotional item* for attending a National Signal LLC-hosted event (e.g., webinar or demo) that features this promotion.

To qualify for a promotional item, participants must:
Limit one (1) promotional item per individual.
This offer is personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared without National Signal’s prior written consent. Individuals who were not directly invited or approved by National Signal to participate in the promotion are not eligible, even if they attend the event.
National Signal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility and may require participants to speak with a National Signal representative and/or sign a certification confirming eligibility before a promotional item is shipped.
Compliance & Acceptance
This promotion is not available to individuals who are prohibited from receiving promotional items under applicable laws, regulations, or their organization’s policies.

Depending on the event, either:
- Each eligible attendee will receive a promotional item; or
- Promotional items will be awarded via random selection (a “Drawing”), as specified in the event invitation.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a promotional item, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Register using a valid business email address (no personal domains), and provide:
- Organization name
- Work phone number
- Organization website
- Be employed in physical security, facilities, operations, IT, or a related field.
- Be involved in the decision-making process for purchasing physical security products at their organization, as determined by National Signal in its sole discretion.
- Not be employed by a current National Signal customer.
- Not have previously received a promotional item from National Signal for attending a past event.
- Attend the event in its entirety (unless entering via the alternate Drawing method described below).
- Provide a valid shipping address in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Additional Terms
- National Signal reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue this promotion at any time, including substituting or changing available promotional items.
- Registrations using personal email domains (including but not limited to gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) may be disqualified.
- National Signal reserves the right to withhold promotional items at its discretion.
